Fortior Solutions is pleased to announce that it received the Platinum level 2022 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Award from American Security Today (AST) for Best Access Control & Authentication Solution for the company’s RAPIDGate® and RAPID-RCx® programs.
The ‘ASTORS’ awards event was held in New York City at ISC East on November 16th, 2022, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Diane Sabatino, Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioner, U.S. Customers and Border Protection, served as the keynote speaker. Former New York City Police Commissioner William J. Bratton, the 2019 ‘ASTORS’ Leadership & Innovation Person of the Year, was one of many special guests.
The ‘ASTORS’ Awards, now in its seventh year, is among the nation’s top events which is held each year to recognize industry leaders in the U.S. homeland security sector in acknowledgment of their outstanding efforts to keep our nation secure.
This is the third time Fortor Solutions has been honored with ‘ASTORS’ awards. In 2016, Fortior Solutions received a Platinum ‘ASTORS’ Award for Best Access Control & Authentication Solution and a Gold ‘ASTORS’ Award for Best Integrated System for HSPD-12 & FIPS 201 Compliance Category. In 2021, the company received two Platinum level 2021 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards, for Best Access Control & Authentication Solution, RAPIDGate® and RAPID-RCx®, and for Extraordinary Leadership & Innovation.
AST’s recognition of Fortior Solutions underscores the company’s many important contributions to safety and security.
