The name on the credential does not match the name on the IDs.

NOTE: the way the participant’s name appears on their credential is included in authorization email that is sent to the RAPIDGate Company Administrator before being processed. If a participant’s name does not appear correctly in the authorization email please let us know so that we can update this information. This prevents delays and additional fees.
