Fortior Solutions marks our quarter-century anniversary on November 8, 2026. As we approach this milestone, we’re taking the opportunity to look back. This first article in the “Road to 25” series is about the people who make us successful every day – our employees.
Behind every great company are great people. At Fortior Solutions, we get to work with some of the best. Our employees are experienced subject matter experts in their field. We know they can work anywhere but they choose to work with us. We don’t take that for granted. The median employee tenure at Fortior Solutions is 11 years – almost three times the median tenure in the United States!
Our employees’ dedication is attributable to many different factors, including:

This outcome didn’t come overnight; there have been many lessons learned and changes along the way.
