Fortior Solutions may provide Omnivee® access control security alerts via SMS messages to authorized security personnel of certain enterprise customers.
These messages are for non-marketing purposes, to provide access control security alerts to our business enterprise end user customers that use our Omnivee Visitor and/or Omnivee Turnstile programs. Our SMS messages are sent to mobile phone numbers designated to us and approved/opted in by our business enterprise end user customers. The mobile phone numbers are associated to our business enterprise end user customers’ security employees whose job duties include receiving our access control security alerts via SMS messages. We obtain the end user consent by agreement at the business enterprise end user customer level.
Our enterprise end user customer agreements generally cover a process whereby our enterprise end user customers direct us to send, and provide their consent for us to send, access control security alerts via SMS messages to designated mobile phone numbers associated to their security employees whose job duties include receiving our access control security alerts via SMS messages. Our enterprise end user customers provide us with any enterprise opt in or opt out updates to their list of approved mobile phone numbers (e.g., adding/opting in mobile phone numbers of new or additional security employees, and removing/opting out mobile phone numbers of their security employees who no longer have a business need to receive our access control security alerts via SMS messages or who have separated from employment).
