Fortior Solutions is pleased to announce the launch of Omnivee® Visitor Onboarding, a powerful new solution that streamlines and enhances how visitors access your facility. This flexible service can operate on a standalone basis or integrate with Fortior Solutions’ broader suite of visitor access solutions to deliver a comprehensive, scalable visitor management experience.
The Omnivee Visitor Onboarding service automates visitor processing and provides a convenient, organized and efficient visitor processing experience. Visitors submit visit requests online with their sponsor information, dates that they would like to receive access, and the reason they are requesting access.
We coordinate with your approved sponsors to verify access eligibility. We then automatically notify the visitor of their status. Individuals who meet your organization’s eligibility requirements are added to an approved access list. This automated process reduces foot traffic at visitor/welcome centers and minimizes administrative tasks. It also cuts down on paperwork, increases operational efficiency, and strengthens facility security. The Omnivee Visitor Onboarding service is configurable based upon your organization’s needs.

The Omnivee® Vetting Services gives you unique access to sophisticated vetting services including NCIC/III/Nlets checks for eligible customers, and commercial background screenings. Using these capabilities, we can provide identity verification and comprehensive criminal history checks.
The Omnivee® Visitor Program provides you with mobile electronic scanning technology that allows you to instantly verify a visitor’s access eligibility by scanning any official ID — including driver’s licenses, PIV cards, passports, TWICs, and military IDs. IDs can be checked against approved access lists (either provided by your organization, or developed through the Omnivee Visitor Onboarding program) and denied/banned lists and government watch lists, helping you make informed access decisions quickly and securely.
With the complete Omnivee visitor program suites in place, visitors can be sponsored, vetted, and electronically verified for access – all without their having to make a special trip to your visitor/welcome center and without the need to print physical credentials.
