Why am I getting an email to renew my employee(s) when the expiration date on the credential doesn’t expire for more than a year?

RAPIDGate access privileges are an annual subscription basis and will need to be renewed for continued service. The expiration date on the physical credential determines when a new credential will need to be issued.

NOTE: The RAPIDGate Company Administrator (RCA) will be notified for renewal authorizations within 60 days prior to a subscription expiring.
